Labcon purchases 9.78 acre property.

Labcon purchased a 9.78 acre property at 3200 Lakeville Highway in Petaluma, California. Included in the sale is a 63,000 square foot production building and an 8,000 square foot warehouse. This adds to our main facility at 3700 Lakeville Highway.

Labcon partners with Golabs to bring products to your lab.

The traveling GoLabs truck will be visiting a location somewhere in the U.S. near you bringing a mobile demonstration laboratory with Labcon products. This mobile lab makes our products more accessible to end users.

VWR awards Labcon with Supplier of the Year.

Labcon adds electric car charging stations at Petaluma facility.

To build on our committment to solar energy we installed PEP charging stations that can handle up to four electric vehicles at once. Labcon employees using these stations receive a discount for the service.

Adding to our already unrivaled portfolio of testing and certification Labcon adds ATP testing to standard Lot testing. News Highlights

Our Products are Made with Solar Power.

In 2010 our commitment to sustainability led us to make one of the biggest investments in company history. We financed and installed an 800kw rooftop solar array that went live in June 2011.


That system now produces almost one third of the power consumed by Labcon. Today, you can see Labcon products carry the "Made with Solar Power™" trademark. This use of Solar power helps us to reduce our overall carbon footprint.

Labcon Products Date Coded with Expiration Dates

Unlike what you might think, plastics do age. And over time they become less pliable. So old pipet tips will no longer fit your pipettors in the same way they did when they were freshly made. And tubes may not close as well, or start to leak.


Many suppliers hide the manufacturing date on their products or don't have one at all, or even will tell you that plastic never changes. But just like everything plastic resins age and do not perform as well after two or three years.


Labcon date and lot codes all of our disposable products. Even our non sterile items. So you can be sure the products you get will perform well on your equipment.
