All Premier™ tips in racks are packed in our trademark Teal racks. These racks are made of polypropylene and are autoclavable repeatedly. They have sturdy latch hinges that won't come apart like lesser quality tip racks and a special snap lock designed so that it will not catch on your gloves. You can also get Premier™ tips in resealable zip style bags, in refills for our Pagoda® system, in Eclipse™ refills, and in racks that have been sterilized using irradiation.

Our Premier™ tips in sterile racks, like all our other products, have received valid sterilization processing compliant with ISO 11137. This is a feature you won't get from most pipet tip suppliers, really sterile product. Most pipet tip makers simply dose their products at a gamma or beta dose that they have set using a chart. They have never done the real work required to actually test to see if the products inside are sterile after they are dosed. Doing this work and maintaining a truly sterile process takes time consuming and costly work and quarterly testing. If what you are getting now from a different supplier is called "pre-sterilized" or "irradiated" sterile pipet tips you are not getting a sterile product.
