Change Notice Registration

Complete the online form below to register to receive notification when Labcon products are changed or discontinued. We will send you an email notification if a change that affects the product performance or characteristics is planned. Those items with a RED star are required.

Only Labcon branded products are eligible for Change Notification. If you purchased an item made by Labcon from a distributor and it does not carry a Labcon brand label please contact your seller.
